My friend is thinking of going into Hog Catering for a living. When she initially told me about her plans I was amazed and was totally intrigued as to what Hog Catering was. I recently watched an episode of channel fours `grand designs` where, after ten years of living in a surrey woodland, a gentleman decided to use his woodsman skills to build himself a simply magical house in the centre of the woods.
