Frost protection
By wendy smith

I had my first taste of winter the other day. I walked outside early in the morning to find our car was full of frost. Although it wasn`t too bad I still had to use de-icer and a scraper to remove the frost from off the windscreen and the side windows. Brrr, I shudder at the thought of wintry weather and soon I`ll have to scrape ice off the car on a regular basis. Maybe this year I`ll invest in some form of Frost Protection so my morning routine isn`t as grim. It`s possible to buy covers that fit over the top half of the car and they provide plenty of Frost Protection over the winter months. Each cover is made from durable PPSB breathable material and it can be used to protect the car from other types of debris such as bird droppings or tree sap that could be deposited right throughout the year. Most people find it to be a chore when they have to scrape ice off their cars in the winter months. Those with garages will be ok but people who park on driveways or main roads might like to think about some Frost Protection for their vehicles this year. I`m certainly going to look into buying a cover for my car because I can`t stand de-icing the motor on cold, wintry mornings.

The sunny delights of Devon was the destination for our family holidays when I was a lad growing up in the 1970s. I`m not sure how many camping holidays we took in this beautiful part of the UK but I`m guessing that it was four. I can remember the tent we used to have and the camping equipment that we had to pack before we embarked on our annual holiday. I loved waking up in the morning just as the sun was rising slowly in the sky. Mum would get to work with the camping cook set and the wonderful aroma of sizzling bacon would soon hit my nostrils in the most appetising type of way. By their design Camping Cook Sets are meant to be durable and practical in the outdoor setting. They normally contain a stove of some sort and cooking utensils along with many table top items. Plenty of individual items can be bought that go into the making of comprehensive Camping Cook Sets. When you are enjoying the outdoor life cooking and eating alfresco is all part of the experience and with hardy Camping Cook Sets on standby campsite chefs can create a cracking collection of culinary feasts. I have fond memories of our camping trips to Devon and mum made many magical meals with the family cook set that we owned.
